The Audrey Hepburn Pavilion in Tolochenaz, Switzerland closed its doors in October 2002 after six years of commemorating Audrey’s life, career, and humanitarian work. Run by volunteers in a converted schoolhouse near La Paisible, Audrey’s home for 30 years, the museum displayed Audrey’s academy awards, original film posters, and numerous photographs from her childhood, films, and UNICEF work.
“The Pavilion created in Audrey’s honour recounts not only the accomplishments of her life but also succededs in reflecting the dignity and generosity of her spirit.”
